The entire Hearts of Oak playing body will be GH¢20.000 richer if they qualify ahead of Esperance in their CAF Confederation Cup final eliminator, according to a promise mad by Chief Executive Officer of Kenpong Group of Companies, Kennedy Somuah Agyapong.

Kenpong, a staunch Kumasi Asante Kotoko supporter holds that irrespective of his affiliation in terms of club football in Ghana, Hearts of Oak is also a Ghanaian club and their progression to the group stage of the competition will lift the image of the country.

“I promise to give Hearts of Oak GH¢20.000 should they qualify against Esperance. I’m doing this to motivate the team.”

“I must admit it will be a difficult match but in football, everything is possible. I know Hearts can overturn the score line.”

“Even though I am a known Kotoko supporter, Hearts of Oak is also a Ghanaian club who are currently representing Ghana so we need to offer any help we can for the team to progress.” Kenpong told Happy Fm.

Hearts of Oak play Esperance on Saturday in the second leg of their final CAF Confederation Cup clash at the Accra Sports Stadium after the first leg ended 4-0 in favour of the North African giants.
